IMC Rating 'Brush Up' - Training Programme

The IMC Rating 'Brush Up' training programme covers all the aspects of the IMC Rating written examination.

The training assumes that the candidate has read the Pre-Course Study Material and has a good understanding of that material.

It is designed as a 'Brush Up' course and not as a ab-initio teaching package so it is important that candidates prepare fully before embarking on the training programme.

The course is conducted by a PPL Ground/Flight Examiner who will guide the candidates through the course material ensuring that all the relevant areas are covered in depth including practical advice on aspects of instrument flight and associated pre-flight preparation.

A workbook containing questions, with answers, and practice examination papers are included in the course.

At the end of the training day the candidate may take the IMC Rating written examination.

The training is conducted at the On-Track Aviation headquarters at Wellesbourne Mountford Aerodrome near Stratford-Upon-Avon, Warwickshire.

Training can be conducted at your own flying club - please contact On-Track Aviation for details.
