Welcome to Club OTA
We would like to take this opportunity to welcome you to Club OTA and explain the concept behind the club. On-Track Aviation aeroplanes are generally not used at the weekends for training and it seemed good sense to offer this spare capacity to other pilots. As a Club OTA member you will be joining an exclusive member’s only flying club with access to first class facilities, well maintained and available aeroplanes all at affordable prices. Like any club we have some very simple rules to follow but the idea is to offer uncomplicated self fly hire for your pleasure |
What aeroplanes can be hired, what is the cost and when can I hire them?
The aeroplanes for hire at present are:
PA28 Warrior II G-CKEY (4 seater)

How can I book an aeroplane?
Bookings are available in 1.5 hour slots each day commencing at 0900 local time and finishing at 1630 local time. Later self fly hire bookings at present are not available. Booking couldn’t be simpler; just call On-Track Aviation (01789 842777) and book your aeroplane and time. When booking please quote your membership number
How do I pay for my flights?
Payment is made to the Operations staff after your flight and is based on the chock to chock time in the aeroplane tech log. Most major credit/debit cards are accepted and cheques with a banker’s card or cash may also be used for payment
Can I carry passengers?
Yes you can carry passengers in the aeroplane subject to the aeroplane Flight Manual Mass and Balance limitations. Each passenger will be required to complete a Passenger Form prior to departure and leave the completed form in the tray marked ‘Passenger Forms’ in operations. After the flight has been completed safely the passenger form shall then be destroyed (iaw the Data Protection Act)
